Cargo Way LLC is hiring company drivers to haul dry van freight on regional and OTR lanes. You will work with a dispatch team focused on clear communication, realistic scheduling, and safety on every mile.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company dry van equipment on assigned lanes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT hours-of-service rules
• Communicate pickup, transit, and delivery updates with dispatch
• Represent Cargo Way LLC professionally with shippers and receivers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience preferred
• Clean MVR and acceptable PSP report
• Pass DOT drug screen and background check
• Strong safety record and professional communication skills
